- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain promotions and special discounts may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. These deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in the booking terms.

In the rare event that Cruiselineservice cancels a cruise due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances:
